👋 INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Wigston United Reformed Church! We are a warm and friendly community, dedicated to building God’s Kingdom and supporting one another on our faith journeys. We are committed to growing in faith and serving others. As part of the South and East Leicestershire Area (SELA) of the United Reformed Church (URC), we are proud to be connected with a range of local groups and community events that bring people together throughout the year. Whether you’re thinking of visiting us for the first time or have been part of our church family for years, we offer a heartfelt warm welcome to all. ⏰ SERVICE TIMES

We meet every Sunday at 10.30am.

Holy Communion takes place during morning worship on the 3^rd Sunday of every month and all are welcome.

Services are led by our area minister, local visiting preachers and our Worship Group.

📅 REGULAR EVENTS

• Saturday Free Tea and Coffee from 10am – 12noon
• Community Cinema bi-monthly on a Monday starting at 1.30pm

In addition to our weekly coffee mornings and the bi-monthly community cinema, we hold spring and autumn fayres, cream tea events, BBQs, a Christmas Tree Festival, special services at Easter and Christmas, and many other social events. We are currently building links with local primary schools.

We have many local groups using our premises daily, including a dance academy, an art group and a community band. We are also a location for the Helping Hands Advice Centre, who are based in the church every Thursday, from 10am to 1pm.
